Buellton Construction
Buellton is a small city in the Santa Ynez Valley and is a convenient location at the junction of U.S. Route 101 and State Route 246. The area is surrounded by miles of open-space land. Buellton traces its beginnings to 1867 when a portion of a Mexican land grant was deeded to Rufus T. Buell and his brother. They developed a successful cattle ranch in the 19th century. The short story of the history of how someone with 54 cents in his pocket arriving here to eventually buy the area with his brother is rather unique to itself. You can learn this and much more by visiting the City of Buellton website here.

White shaker cabinets combined with calacatta quartz countertops and a contrasting butcher block on the island top. Added details such as the 2 large clear glass pendants, full subway tile backsplash, and the open shelving give a fresh and airy look to this kitchen.

Following you will see a bathroom remodel from Buellton neighbors in Santa Barbara featuring a white tongue and groove ceiling that matches with the long shaker style vanity. To break up the space Carrara marble countertop was added which coordinates well with the dark gray cement look tile on the floor. On the opposite wall, you can see a large walking shower that features a Carrara tile with an accent band going around the shower walls. Brushed nickel finishes on fixtures and hardware compliment the clean and timeless look.

The next images are from Buellton neighbors in Santa Barbara and Goleta. The first highlights an upgraded galley kitchen with off-white shaker cabinets and a beautiful quartzite countertop. The focus of this kitchen is the lantern-shaped glass backsplash going all the way to the ceiling behind the range top and chimney hood. Cherry wood accents such as the floor and beams bring a warmer feel to the space. The second shows walnut stain cabinets contrasting with a white calacatta quartz. A lighter stone tile floor and white walls keep the space bright and fresh. The green glass tile backsplash next to a textured long subway tile adds not only color but a playful look to this transitional style kitchen.
